This filter is now equipped with a dual filtration technology, featuring 5 micron and 1 micron capabilities. The KleenWater KWE-5M-KDF cartridge is an excellent low-cost, high-quality alternative to the Everpure H-300, H-300+M filter cartridges.

This filter has an impressive capacity of 10,000 gallons at a flow rate of 1.67 gallons per minute. The KWE filter employs premium-grade AquaBond activated carbon, which removes contaminants through the chemical process of adsorption and a catalytic reduction reaction. Additionally, the KWE-5M-KDF filter removes lead from water via a "reduction-oxidation" process. The filter media is NSF certified KDF.

The dual-layered sediment filtration technology first filters to 5 microns and then further down to 1 micron, ensuring thorough water purification. The cartridge design allows for quick and easy replacement, making maintenance a breeze.
